We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon known as "butsu," which is characterized by small protrusions that appear on the coating film. If the cause is a blockage in the circulation path (such as the paint hose), it is possible to take measures by preventing the accumulation of powder, heat, humidity, and excess pressure in the paint hose from the recovery tank to the powder coating gun. Additionally, there are measures for cases where aggregated paint forms clumps that fly onto the workpiece and are baked on as is. If the cause is that the distance between the workpiece and the gun is too close, it can be addressed by adjusting the distance between the workpiece and the gun tip. Additionally, there are measures for cases where the particle size of the powder coating is too large.
